This highly regarded, leading family run business is looking to recruit a full-time Head of Reception. You will be part of a fast-paced team and the first point of contact for both clients coming into the office and over the phone.
Your duties within the role will include:
1. Answering the phone, taking messages, making tea/coffee, preparing the meeting rooms
2. Being a friendly point of contact for client enquiries
3. General administration i.e. writing and sending letters, booking meetings in the diary, making appointments for clients
4. Preparing meeting packs
5. Dealing with the post
6. Ensuring the electronic filing system is kept tidy and well organised
7. Preparing, assisting and attending client events
8. Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery and general supplies
The company is looking for someone who is professional, articulate, a high-class communicator, confident, has an excellent telephone manner and ideally has worked on a busy reception desk or has similar skills.
