Purchase Ledger Manager role based in the Weybridge area, paying up to £35,000 for a Pharma organisation.

Your new role
You will manage the Purchase ledger on an end-to-end basis, handling invoices for multiple entities. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing one team member.
2. Ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
3. Resolving queries and reconciling statements.
4. Updating accruals and posting journals.
5. Managing expenses and fixed assets.
6. Liaising internally and externally within a busy and fast-paced environment.
You will be proactive and upbeat, able to self-manage in a busy environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a positive outlook and be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include:
1. Previous Purchase ledger experience.
2. Experience managing the delivery of this ledger including month-end ledger close, accruals & prepayments, reconciliations, posting journals, and fixed assets.
3. Experience working with multiple entities.
4. Proficiency in Sage 50 or Xero and good Excel skills.
