We are now seeking an experienced and ambitiousGeneral Managerto lead the day-to-day operations of this high-energy venue and to work alongside the Directors to deliver our strategic vision for 2025 and beyond. The Role:
As General Manager, you will play a vital role in driving commercial success, shaping our operational standards, and leading a high-performing team. Working closely with the Directors, you will help refine and execute our business strategy while delivering excellence across all guest touchpoints.
This role requires someone who is not only operationally strong but also has theleadershippresence and emotional intelligence to inspire others, foster a performance-driven culture, and advocate for team wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the venue, maintaining the highest standards in service, hospitality, and safety
* Work closely with the Directors to shape and deliver the long-term strategic and commercial goals of the business
* Build and develop a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team
* Uphold a guest-first mindset, continuously enhancing the experience across all areas
* Analyse performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency, profitability
* Be a strong front-of-house presence, leading by example and mentoring your leadership team
* Champion employee wellbeing and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture
About You:
* At least 5 years of UK-based experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Area Manager
* Extensive operational knowledge, ideally gained within social entertainment, competitive leisure, premium bars, or restaurant groups
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to manage both people and performance
* Gravitas, emotional intelligence, and a calm, confident approach to leadership
* A commitment to creating high standards, memorable guest experiences, and building a values-led team culture
* Comfortable operating in a late-night environment, with a commute that suits our Victoria location
