Job Description: We are hiring a Business Developer to recruit European Shippers, grow Shipper engagements, and ensure a great Shipper experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new customers for our products and services
- Identify new segments and unlock new customer base with best-in-class service
- Maintain high engagement from customers and identify their challenges
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Be the voice of the customer to guide product development
- Identify and lead projects to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience
About the Job: The successful candidate will analyze market data, utilize relationships to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities. They will work in a diverse and passionate team, in a rapidly expanding Amazon Startup. We offer flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment.
