This role will sit within KITE, a specialist division established to position global companies, brands & products in the luxury lifestyle segment, through holistic marketing & communications that balances a creative and business mindset. This division is based in London, servicing clients internationally.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic thinking and creative development across accounts, building coherent campaigns that deliver commercial and marketing outcomes while managing day-to-day client relationships
* Support creative ideation and strategy development, crafting compelling presentations and overseeing execution across multiple brands and clients.
* Responsible for day-to-day global client management on all aspects of strategic marketing & project management, ensuring the client is kept informed, providing them with consultation on both a strategic and project level, and trouble-shooting issues & challenges.
* Interrogate client briefs/RFPs by dissecting objectives and finding creative solutions to goals and objectives.
* Negotiation with the client on recommendations for marketing activities and project scopes of work, and fees and expenses.
* Act as client contact and consultant on assigned projects, to both HQ and local clients.
* Create client and partner presentations that establish a point of view, tell compelling stories, and outline facts and goals.
* Confidently present strategies, concepts and updates to clients and partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Digital Marketing, Comms and Production) and wider Karla Otto international & Group colleagues to ideate and implement projects for clients.
* Coordinate mar-comms roll-out where relevant, working with colleagues to create, manage and implement clear, effective campaigns.
* Stay current with competitor, industry, and cultural trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance client understanding
* Management of external relationships and suppliers, such as marketing partners, agents and partnership creatives/talents. This will include outreach, fee/scope/contract negotiation and services delivery/implementation management.
* Contribute to new business opportunities through strategic thinking and creative approaches.
Key Attributes
* 4+ years of proven marketing expertise (communications experience is a plus but not required)
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns for major brands
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
* Creative mindset balanced with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
* Confident account and project management skills, including handling concurrent projects
* Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
* Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
* Confident yet collaborative approach – someone who can challenge thinking while working together to find the best solutions
* Technical Requirements:
- English language fluency
- Education to A-Level qualification or UK/international equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear attention to detail
