We are seeking a passionate Mathematics Tutor to support our students in enhancing their mathematical skills and confidence.
As a Mathematics Tutor, you will provide targeted support to students in small group or one-on-one settings. Your expertise will help students develop their understanding of key mathematical concepts and improve their performance in class and exams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
* Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to create personalised learning plans.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to track student progress and share insights.
* Prepare students for assessments and support their overall mathematical development.
Person Specification:
* Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum for secondary education.
* Experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
* A patient and adaptable approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
