Your main contribution will be to projects such as Hinkley Point C (HPC) in Somerset and Sizewell C (SZC) in Suffolk, UK. These are NNB GenCo major infrastructure projects for delivery of four 1 600 MW European Pressurised Water (EPR) reactors. The HPC project is currently in procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases. Axima has been selected as the supplier for the detailed design, qualification, procurement, construction and commissioning of Classified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a leader of nuclear safety in all aspects of the role, Analyzing technical specifications, normative and regulatory texts related to the manufacturing and inspection of equipment, Conducting on-site supervision of subcontracted manufacturing and inspection activities, ensuring the compliance of supplied equipment in collaboration with the wider team, Detecting any deviations to the technical requirements, Reviewing manufacturing and inspection documentation, as well as final conformity documentation for delivered equipment, Preparing detailed intervention reports with documented findings, Updating monitoring indicators following interventions and observations, Assisting in the technical resolution of non-conformities, Serving as a technical point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding manufacturing and inspection across various projects and materials, Raising awareness among suppliers and subcontractors on nuclear safety, Participating in project meetings and contributing to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives, Staying up to date with normative developments Your profil : You have a general engineering degree and significant experience in production-related fields (quality, production, subcontractor management, etc.). Ideally you have held a similar role before and have experience in welding-related field or HVAC engineering, particularly within the nuclear sector. Additionally, you have a good English and, ideally, professional working proficiency in French. You are proactive, curious, well-organized and you communicate reliably, respectfully, openly, and transparently. A final argument to persuade you?
