Job summary A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Services Asset Management Team as a Digital Asset Technical Analyst at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. The Digital Asset team delivers asset and technical support to users across the Trust and Community, managing the Trust IT hardware and software assets through its entire lifecycle. The post holder will be required to provide comprehensive support to the Digital Asset Team, providing advice and guidance to users on asset and IT related issues. Main duties of the job The post holder will: Provide asset management and IT support to users across all the Trust sites, including Community, ensuring that all hardware is built to Trust specification, labelled, catalogued and disposed of correctly. Provide a service to Digital Services and the wider Trust with the roll out of hardware and installation of software as required. Supporting a range of infrastructure and equipment e.g., desktops, screens, computers on wheels (Cows), and other mobile devices.
