Role:

Responsibilities:
* Raw material and product quality control
* Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met
* Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
* Reduction in downtime through continuous improvement
* Carry out routine plant inspections and adjustments/operations as required, collecting and recording plant data
* Work within the company's Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System and all relevant legislation
* Undertake continuing personal development to enhance knowledge & skills relevant to the role
Qualifications:
* Conscientious
* Good time keeper
* Ability to make real-time decisions
* IT literacy for reporting purposes (not essential)
* Good interpersonal and team working skills
* Flexible, with a creative approach to problem-solving
* Self-motivated
* Willing to learn and develop current skill sets
* Physically fit and able to work at height (climbing ladders to a height of 20 metres may be required)
