We are currently seeking to fill the position of Data Manager (SQA Co-ordinator).

Salary: £37,704 - £41,065
Start Date: 18 August 2025 or an earlier date to be agreed (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks).
Role Purpose: To oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external examinations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, liaising with stakeholders, arranging accommodations, handling assessment data, and overseeing daily exam processes. Additionally, the role supports student tracking, reporting, and data management while providing administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, including Excel and database experience. They will demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in data handling.
Eligibility: ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
