Job Description
* Managing and leading a customer service team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Implementing and maintaining processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
* Resolving complex customer complaints and enquiries.
* Conducting team meetings and providing feedback to enhance performance.
* Working closely with other department leaders to drive the company's goals and objectives.
* Overseeing team's adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
* Conducting performance evaluations and implementing training programs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
* Proven experience in managing and leading a customer service team.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
* An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficient with customer service management software.
* Must be able to work one in 4 Saturdays.
* Knowledge of insurance would be advantageous.
