Recruitment and Engagement Officer Ref: 85119 Location: Castleford Campus Salary: £28,503 - £30,239 pro rata Hours: 37 hours per week This role is a Fixed Term Contract until July 2025 We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Engagement Officer to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. You will be required to: -Proactively build relationships and ensure that all students have a first-class customer service experience -To ensure the onboarding journey and induction of students are exceptional and maximise the retention of students onto programmes. -Deliver the timely process of funding control into the Group through supporting the administrative process of employer incentive payments, co-invest collection, DAS funding mismatches and others. Ensure students with additional learning support have their needs identified and met and paperwork is completed fully in line with processes and procedures. As a Recruitment and Engagement Officer you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have: -A relevant professional/vocational qualification at Level 3 or above or be willing to work towards -GCSEs in Maths and English A-C/9-4 or equivalent -At least one years experience within a customer service role -Experience of working within an education setting This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
