Human Resources Business Partner We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner, to collaborate with and guide our most senior Directors on all things people strategy. About the Role It’s an exciting time at Harrods. As we celebrate our 175th anniversary, we continue to make huge investments into our business. From new IT platforms to change the way we plan, buy and manage our products, to completely re-launching our most elite Private Shopping service, there’s lots going on over the next two years. Needless to say, the HRBP team are playing a critical role in these developments, as well as supporting the organisation on an interesting culture change programme. As a truly strategic Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders to turn their strategic plans into tangible people roadmaps which you will fully own and deliver. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, who reports directly to the Chief People Officer, this role contributes to the successful embedding of corporate HR strategy initiatives within their areas of responsibility ensuring local business requirements are accounted for in the design and delivery of such initiatives. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring that key cyclical people-related activity such as Talent, Succession Planning and Reward Management are executed exceptionally.
