About the Role:
The primary objective of the role is to develop and grow the refrigeration and mechanical services division of the Erneside business in the UK market.
The successful candidate will:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure management are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Relevant Experience:
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales in the engineering and/or construction industries.
• The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Comfort with traveling approximately 60-70% of the time is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with fluency in English.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
