Our client, based in Borehamwood is looking for an experienced Administrator to work 3 - 4 days per week, part-time hours til 3pm. Duties for the Part-time Administrator to include: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative assistance as needed Customer Service Assisting with maintaining databases and records Processing expense reports Processing orders Liaising with the warehouse Stock reconciliation Producing reports Sending PDAs to the warehouse prior to container intake Cross checking GRN’s to ensure correct goods have been receipted Skills: Reliable Pro-active Good communication skills Efficient with excellent attention to detail Ability to work without direct supervision Intermediate MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Multi-tasking Good customer service skills Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
