What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments
* Promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO
* To manage clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate
* Ensuring all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management Relevant qualifications further learning in areas
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
* Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
