Join our team as a Night Manager to provide exceptional service, safety, and efficiency for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. We seek a confident leader who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and can work independently.
* Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations, ensuring a seamless handover to the morning team.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Perform regular security patrols and monitor surveillance systems to maintain the safety and security of all guests and staff.
* Complete financial reconciliation tasks, assist with end-of-day reporting, and prepare financial summaries for management.
* Support, motivate, and guide night team members, addressing any issues and ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Act as the primary contact for any nighttime emergencies, managing and coordinating responses effectively.
* At least 2 years experience in the hotel industry in a similar role.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - A strong team player.
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
* Experience in the following systems desirable: Opera Cloud, ResaWeb, Hotelink.
* Capable of organizing time and work efficiently.
* Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
