We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Agency Manager to lead and oversee our agency’s operations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity. Foster a positive and motivated work environment, driving team development and engagement. Business Growth & Development Work closely with the Contracts Manager to develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients and expanding market reach. Identify opportunities for business growth and work proactively to achieve revenue targets. Client & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address client needs promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional service. Sales & Marketing Drive sales efforts, oversee marketing campaigns, and develop promotional strategies. Support recruitment initiatives to ensure a strong workforce supply. Operational & Compliance Management Ensure all agency operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards. Manage on-call responsibilities and create rota schedules to maintain proper staff coverage. Performance & Financial Management Monitor team and individual performance, set targets, and implement improvement plans. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to maximize profitability. Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience in agency management, sales, or business leadership. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans. Proficiency in CRM and business management tools. Experience in the Healthcare sector is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Level 5 (or equivalent) in Business Management or Health & Social Care.
