PE Teacher - Hexham. Job in Newcastle upon Tyne Education & Training Jobs
The Education Network is working with a secondary school in Hexham who are looking for a full-time PE Teacher. The role is to start ASAP or after the February half term and is ongoing until further notice; however, there is potential for successful candidates to be taken on permanently.
Teachers without QTS/PGCE are free to apply as long as they have relevant experience in education or sport.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualified Teaching Status (QTS / QTLS)
2. Be well organised with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
3. Sound subject knowledge.
4. Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents, and students.
5. A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate or a willingness to apply for one.
