EDT provides an emergency response to all adults, children, and those with mental health issues, as well as completing assessments under the MHA for Bury & Rochdale Local Authorities.
We are looking to recruit an experienced practitioner who has at least 2 years post-qualifying experience in children's social care, adults social care, and who is an AMHP.
We will also consider applications from those who have significant children's social care experience who are willing to undertake AMHP training.
The EDT works remotely and has a base in Bury as and when needed.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based on a 9-week rolling rota covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at weekends and bank holidays.
