Job Title: Registered Manager - Adult Learning Disability & Autism Services
Location: Manchester / Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Our client is a well-established care provider supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, and behaviours that challenge across Greater Manchester. Their services include a registered residential care home in Whalley Range, supported living tenancies, and specialist apartments in Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw, and surrounding areas.
They operate using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model and have built a strong reputation for improving quality of life for individuals through tailored, person-centred care.
We are currently recruiting two experienced Registered Managers to oversee their CQC-regulated services in Manchester and Rochdale. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and proven leader with a strong background in adult social care and experience managing CQC inspections.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure services meet and exceed CQC compliance and standards
* Lead and supervise Deputy Managers and Team Leaders
* Oversee care delivery, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Manage budgets and staffing levels
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
* Drive recruitment, retention, and staff development
* Contribute to business growth by seeking referrals and shaping services
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in care management (Essential)
* Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (Essential)
* Evidence of involvement in past CQC inspections (available online)
* Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent (preferred)
* Enhanced DBS required

Location Requirement:
Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the Manchester/Rochdale area prior to starting.
