Job Description
3. Manage HR-related documentation and records
4. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings and processing applications
5. Handle staff inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations
7. Participate in HR projects such as staff training and development
8. Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures
9. Assist with payroll processing
10. Coordinate staff engagement activities
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
12. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Strong organisational and time management skills
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
16. An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
