CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Co. Tyrone with salary to be discussed at interview stage. Please note this role is solely based on-site.

The role:
* Have responsibility for developing and executing a marketing strategy with a focus on business growth.
* Lead, manage and mentor the Marketing team, setting clear and achievable goals and objectives.
* Oversight and management of all advertising campaigns, website, literature, product branding, liaising with the Sales Team to keep abreast of the marketplace.
* Organise trade shows and events, report and manage marketing budgets, along with reporting to company directors on all marketing activities.
The person:
* Degree in Marketing or similar field.
* 5 years minimum experience as a Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
* Able to motivate and manage a team, present at board level and have a flair for creativity and strong attention to detail with experience in editing, copywriting and proofreading.
* Demonstrable and in-depth knowledge of social and digital marketing.
* Fully proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative suite.
* Full valid driving licence and car for travel purposes.
