IT and Estate Lead required for a multi academy trust in the West Midlands
Full Job Description
WeDoData has recently partnered with an all-primary academy trust based in the West Midlands that is looking to take on an IT and estate lead to join their lovely team.
The communities that they serve encompass stakeholders from both affluent and disadvantaged families, drawn from a wide variety of ethnicities and religious backgrounds.
My client is a small trust with big ambitions made up of 7 primary schools, all based in West Birmingham.
The trust as a whole is graded as a 'Good' school by Ofsted. One of the primary schools is graded 'Outstanding' and is now taken as an example for the other ones.
'Stronger together' would perfectly sum up my client's ethos: all schools sharing capacity, resources, and expertise.
This ratio between IT and Estate is as follows: 20% for IT management/80% for Estate management. Various backgrounds will be considered for that role, from site and IT management, to regulation, compliance, security, and construction management.
To be eligible, you MUST have a deep understanding of the UK education's processes and regulations. In return, my client can offer:
* A salary of circa £34,000 to £40,000 per annum.
* A permanent full-time job in a multi-academy trust
* Equivalent of 29 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
* A fully on-site job
* Generous benefits (pensions, holiday, discounted fees at our Trust schools)
* Access to training and development
* Networking and support opportunities between the Trust schools
* Recognising talent and sharing expertise
If you have the relevant experience and would be open to finding out more, please call Jean at WeDoData on (phone number removed) or apply as soon as possible.
If this role isn't quite right for you, please feel free to forward to anyone you think might be a better fit.
WeDoData (Bristol) Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, applicants, and clients to share this commitment. Any appointment will be made subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. In accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants
