About the Social Media, Influencer Marketing role Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients’ goals and target audience, including input on creative concepts and content roll-out plans. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (both gifted and paid) across multiple platforms to effectively promote our clients’ brands or products. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations are outlined. Oversee client influencer budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, managing communications, feedback, and resolving any issues that arise. Work closely with the Social and PR teams to execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, amplifying influencer coverage through paid media and PR efforts. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies. Identify and cultivate new influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and create new opportunities for clients. Plan and manage influencer events and in-person activations (IRL), ensuring smooth execution. Continuously evaluate and improve influencer marketing processes and strategies to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities for the Social Media, Influencer Marketing role 2 years of experience in an influencer marketing role, either on the brand or agency side. Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices. Strong skills in negotiation and contract management. Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently. Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines related to influencer marketing. Familiarity with wider social media and PR related work.
