Learning & Development Business Partner
Glasgow (hybrid working)
Permanent, Full time
Circa £50,000 (DOE)

As the L&D Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping strategic learning initiatives, focusing on the design and delivery of bespoke learning interventions that meet the needs of the business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with inspiring leaders and collaborate with a forward-thinking Learning & Development team that values creativity and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and facilitate learning programs that drive leadership and management development.
* Lead both virtual and in-person learning interventions.
* Apply your coaching expertise and Insights accreditation (or work towards it) to develop soft skills and build leadership capabilities.
* Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and craft solutions that align with company goals.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a financial or professional services environment.
* Holds or is working towards a coaching/Insights qualification.
* Is passionate about soft skills development.
* Has experience leading management and leadership development training programs, both virtual and face-to-face
