Ably Resources are a specialist Energy and Technical Recruitment Consultancy operating in a global market. Due to expansion, we are looking for an Administrator to join the support team in order to maintain the high level of service provided internally to consultants and externally to clients and candidates. Ideally you will have had previous administration experience and enjoy a busy team environment where you have the opportunity to further your career within administration.
THE ROLE
1. Co-ordination and movement of Offshore personnel.
2. Liaising with Travel Agent and clients to book and manage monthly flight rotation.
3. Supporting the recruitment team by formatting CVs within tight timescales.
4. Advertising vacancies externally and social media posting.
5. Answering calls promptly and professionally.
6. Transferring candidate details and documentation to the in-house database.
7. Compliance/management of in-house database.
8. Reviewing and authorisation of invoices.
9. Dealing with suppliers and procurement.
10. Additional ad-hoc duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
1. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Previous crew travel experience is desirable.
3. Previous administration experience within an office environment is desirable.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
