Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday 18:00 - 06:00
Week 2: Thursday - Saturday 18:00 - 06:00
This is a temporary position to cover Mat Leave.
Responsibilities:
* Quality check stock thoroughly and ensure it is fit for purpose and recorded correctly; report errors if not.
* Process damaged, used, and faulty products with a focus on recovery.
* Log fraudulent items on the system and raise this to the fraud team for further investigation.
* Give due care and attention to the detailed task of inspection and repacking of products.
* Communicate any poor product care handling, packaging, and unsolved problems to the site.
* Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in processes/product care.
* Maintain departmental paperwork daily, ensuring accuracy of information, reporting, and filing.
About You:
* Ability to make objective decisions based on given information/facts.
* High level of attention to detail in all functions of the role.
* Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
* Effective communication skills at all levels, gaining respect and credibility.
* Excellent understanding of Google Suite.
* Flexible towards working hours and willing to work additional hours.

* Ensure due care and attention is given to the detailed task of inspection while servicing the needs of a production-based warehouse.
* Recover stock to fulfill customer orders using specialist equipment and cleaning fluids.
* Ensure goods are fit for sale.
* Understand commerciality, customer needs, and expectations.
What is a Quality Control Inspector?
* Represent the interests of the Product team at Head Office, ensuring goods delivered are acceptable and within quality tolerance.
* Communicate unsolved problems to the PQC Manager for further advice.
* Knowledge of all Next product groups and ability to communicate with authority on these matters.
