Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionising asset monitoring and predictive maintenance? We're seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to join our innovative team in Yorkshire, driving sales growth in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
The Opportunity
As our new Head of Business Development, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how industries manage their assets. You'll be selling cutting–edge solutions that leverage precision measurement and advanced analytics to optimise maintenance regimes, reduce operational costs, and improve asset performance.
What will you do:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the manufacturing and engineering markets
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision–makers in target industries
* Collaborate with our technical teams to craft tailored solutions for complex client needs
* Contribute to product development strategies based on market insights
What you will have:
* Proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing or engineering sectors
* Strong understanding of condition–based maintenance and predictive analytics
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
* Strategic thinker with a data–driven approach to decision–making
* Passion for innovative technologies and their practical applications
