We are looking for Administrative Assistant to work between 8 to 16 hours per week at Swansea.com Stadium. You’ll be supporting the Operations Team at this venue with carrying our various administrative tasks. This is a temporary position, which may lead later on to a permanent position for the right candidate Ideal Candidate Requirements Computer literate, confident in MS Office package – specifically in Excel, Word and Outlook Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Good understanding and experience within the hospitality sector Accuracy, excellent verbal, and written communication Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery Great team player Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines A “can-do” attitude Tasks You will be mostly carrying out administrative task such as data inputting, menu printings, signs etc. You may be asked to support the team in service delivery during the events. Number of working hours and days may vary due to nature of the venue requirements, mostly during the day from 9 am to 5 pm. Why should you work with us?
