Honeycomb is partnering with a nationwide Wealth Management company to recruit for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team based in North Down. The role is full time, permanent and comes with opportunity for career progression.
The Client
A nationwide Wealth Management company with two offices based in North Down. The company provides first class financial advice to a range of customers. The role of Senior Financial Services Administrator will be based in Newtownards working a hybrid pattern of 3 days in office, 2 from home.
The Role
The Senior Financial Services Administrator will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative and technical duties, as outlined below.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on back-office system, and ensure review invites issued and documentation prepared
* Ensure all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures
* Create, manage, and complete tasks on the back-office system in accordance with Company procedures
* Preparing recommendation reports
* Produce client suitability reports confirming new recommendations in accordance with the Company’s internal standards and compliance procedures
* Obtain accurate illustrations, key features, and other relevant paperwork for advisor presentation meetings with clients
* Assist in the completion of remedial actions following quality checking
* Paraplanning duties
Essential Criteria
* Knowledge of the financial planning market including products and services.
* Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.
* 2 year plus experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
* Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.

* Salary £25 - £30K
* 5% pension
