Are you a pro at optimizing sales processes and driving change across teams? We're looking for a Sales Process Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of an in-house sales methodology that ensures a seamless experience for customers from pre-sales to post-sales. The Role:
* Highly competitive salary of £160 - £170k pa
* Role will start on a contract until the end of August 2025
* Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at state-of-the-art offices in Central London

What You’ll Do:
* Analyze the current sales methodology and identify gaps in handoffs, roles, responsibilities, and data flow.
* Improve tools, messaging, and enablement to ensure the sales process is clear, effective, and easy to follow.
* Align with Customer Success, Technical Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to deliver a unified customer experience.
* Develop a change management timeline to implement your improvements and drive adoption across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
* Expertise in Business Process Management with a proven track record of optimizing sales processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams.
* Bachelor's degree and fluency in English (read, write, speak).
* Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a 4-6 month time frame.
