Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Resuscitation Officer at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
As a member of the resuscitation team, the post holder will play a key role in the development and implementation of deteriorating patient and resuscitation quality improvement work. You should demonstrate an ability to engage with teams, be able to work under their own initiative and have strong communication skills.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
1. You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
2. Extensive post registration experience in acute area of Nursing ie ITU, CCU, A&E, HDU, Acute Medical Unit.
3. Degree/specialist qualification or equivalent experience.
4. Current certificate in ALS.
5. Current Instructor certificate in ALS (or working towards).
Hours:
37 per week
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
