We have partnered with a leading global food manufacturer that is urgently looking for a Supply Chain professional with customer facing experience to lead the effective collaboration between strategic customer accounts and their Supply Chain function.
You will be responsible for driving supply chain process improvements, customer service excellence, as well as demand & supply planning. This will be an 18-month FTC, with potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities:
* Optimise service and forecast performance for strategic customers through close collaboration with the Customer Service and Supply Chain Managers.
* Receive, review and challenge the demand plan from strategic accounts with a common goal to improve accuracy.
* Define and identify criteria and ensure that KPI harmonisation is implemented for collaboration with strategic accounts
* Validate strategic account short term forecasts vs orders and drive up accuracy in function of finished goods sales, promotions, new launches/projects and seasonal campaigns.
* Prepare, coordinate and follow-up on actions from demand and supply, set up operational follow-up meetings with strategic accounts.
Candidate requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Commerce or equivalent.
* At least five years’ related Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Collaboration experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
* Excellent working knowledge of Excel, SAP and related planning tools (APO,SAP,BW) OPR experience preferred but not essential.
* Advanced excel.
* Working knowledge of SAP Production.
* Frequent customer and supplier site visits required.
