We provide patient identification, risk stratification and patient review solutions, our COPD and Sleep software solution are now NHS Framework (LPP) listed and have ORCHA digital accreditation. The products are designed to support practices who may not have the benefit of specialist respiratory nurse resources or to augment existing specialist resources in Hospital Trusts.
Position Overview: Due to the expansion and growth of our respiratory nursing teams, we are looking to appoint an additional full-time Nurse Manager to our existing teams. You will have responsibility for managing a team of 10-12 respiratory and diabetes specialist nurse advisors in delivering operational guidelines, continuous improvement, performance management, development and implementation of standard operational procedures and best practice/value approaches. You will support the delivery of professional standards and developments within services.
As part of the role, there will be a requirement to conduct field visits nationwide, therefore, the candidate would ideally be located within 2hrs of Sheffield. There will be a need for overnight stays on occasion along with flexibility to travel.
Minimum Requirements: Should you be interested in applying for the position you must satisfy the following requirements:
1. Hold the Asthma/COPD or Diabetes level diploma/equivalent
2. Hold the ENB 998 teaching and assessing course/equivalent (desirable)
3. Have the passion and drive to motivate and support others in their role
4. Be able to show proven track records of excellent KPI delivery in your current role
