The Multi-Site Warehouse Operations Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple Warehouse locations and operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics co-ordination, and staff management. The manager plays a critical role in optimising operational efficiency across multiple warehouse locations. The Multi Warehouse Operations Manager also collaborates with senior management to align operations with broader business goals and drives improvements to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Success in this role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and an in-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Hours | 43hrs per week; 7.00am to 5pm Mon to Thu 7-3pm Fri Key Responsibilities Oversee Multiple Warehouse Locations Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams. Lead and mentor warehouse managers, supervisors and staff. Identify potential risks to warehouse operations, such as inventory shortages, supply chain disruptions, or staffing issues, and develop contingency plans. Supervise the operations of multiple warehouses locations. Monitor performance metrics for each warehouse. Lead efforts to optimise warehouse layout, workflow, and contracts inventory management. Lead the implementation and optimisation of warehouse management systems (WMS). Handle all staffing needs. Essential Criteria Extensive experience in Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain management, (typically 7-10 years), including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and order fulfilment processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different locations. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive operational goals. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Desirable Criteria Construction & M&E Knowledge Understanding of M&E materials and equipment handling Knowledge of site delivery sequencing and just-in-time logistics Experience with construction project logistics planning Experience in recruitment of staff and foresight of staffing requirements.
