As a Professional Liability Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and developing effective administrative processes to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to a team of fee earners, including preparing and editing documents, making travel arrangements, and managing diaries.
* Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or similar industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
**Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
