We are working with a vibrant & dynamic school that provides education, care, and medical support for children & young people with Physical disabilities, complex medical needs and associated learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and feeding. Provide support during educational activities, ensuring students are comfortable and engaged. Help with the use of mobility aids, hoisting, and transferring students as required. Assist nursing staff in monitoring students' medical needs, including administering medication when necessary. Build positive relationships with students, supporting their emotional well-being and social development. Maintain accurate records and communicate with staff, parents, and carers about the students' progress and well-being. Requirements: Experience as a Health Care Assistant – Minimum 3 months plus experience A caring and empathetic nature, with a strong desire to support children with disabilities. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
