About the Role: - Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities: - Support: Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement to succeed. - Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create and implement personalized learning plans. - Encouragement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring every student feels valued and empowered. - Development: Assist in the development and delivery of engaging learning activities, tailored to the unique needs of each student. - Care: Help students develop essential life skills and boost their confidence and independence. What We’re Looking For: - Experience: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential. - Passion: A genuine interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs and a desire to make a lasting impact. - Patience & Empathy: The ability to connect with students, offering both encouragement and understanding. - Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in your approach to supporting the educational team.
