Newly created role that is outside IR 35 to manage the recurring TP documentation requirements for the group for FY25, enabling the Senior International Tax Manager to focus on TP projects and international compliance. You will manage a period of increased TP documentation requirements and non-recurring TP project work within the team.
Specific responsibilities
* Preparation of TP Master File and TP Local Files across all jurisdictions other than UK, using established templates and processes. The local files cover EMEA and APAC jurisdictions and include a combination of new and roll forward documents.
* Liaising with Finance colleagues to ensure the TP methodology has been implemented correctly at a legal entity level.
* Preparing supporting reconciliation files to support the implementation of the TP methodology, as part of the TP Local Files package.
* Liaising with advisors to prepare intercompany transactions disclosures, manage the submission of local files (including advisor reviews, translation and submission)
* Assistance with TP business unit reviews, including functional analysis, TP Modules drafting and modelling.
