SALES ADMINISTRATOR MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08:00-16:30 £12.21 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Oldham. As a Sales Administrator you will be providing both clerical and administrative support to the business, either as part of a team or individually. Order verification: Checking orders for accuracy and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. Answering customer inquiries: Providing customer service, addressing questions, and resolving any issues related to sales orders. Communicating with clients: Serving as the point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing their needs. Creating reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and assist in forecasting. Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the sales team's efforts. Managing databases and spreadsheets: Maintaining accurate records and data related to sales. Essential Skills IT skills and the ability to learn new systems General administration skills Communication skills both verbal and written. A good telephone manner. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Be able to work effectively as part of a team and under their own initiative. Relevant and /or industry specific experience will be beneficial but is not essential.
