ROLE
To respond to all enquiries made by answering incoming calls and emails.
To ensure the client is signposted to the most appropriate person to deal with their enquiry in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
To undertake all work of a secretarial nature including typing, word processing, photocopying, making and taking phone calls.
To assist in the collection and taking of incoming/outgoing mail and to ensure post is franked daily.
