Job Description
* Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team
* Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department
* Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Support business needs through the development and management of talent
* Assess training needs and monitor training programs
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
