What you will do
Take calls from customers enquiring about Parts, locating and raising invoices across all depots in order to facilitate a smooth collection service to all customers. Prospecting for new sales from current and potential customers
Main Tasks:
Answer calls with the highest level of customer service.
Prospect current and potential parts customers providing information of the company’s goods, services, and current promotions.
Liaise with ASE’s introducing them to potential account customers.
Discussing the use and features of various parts with customers.
Process Parts orders in line with company processes.
Raising parts quotes on enquiries
Liaise with Depot parts team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Discuss any service or stock concerns with Depot Managers
Assist with stock counts in depots when required Driving Licence required
Achieve sales targets as set by Head of Aftermarket.
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in customer facing position within vehicle parts
Sales and target driven
Influencing others to buy additional parts.
Excellent telephone manner.
To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organisation as well as external customers.
Numerical ability to be able to work with part numbers.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
IT Literate to work within company processes and systems.
Ability to work without supervision.
