If you're looking to make a meaningful difference and be part of a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you Main duties of the job Reporting into the Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and provide skilled nursing care, observing NMC Code of Conduct. Supervise, teach, and help develop junior nurses and staff. Advocate for patients. Plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for an allocated patient group, using prioritisation and delegation. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery for Trust patients. Support the Clinical Nurse Manager in maintaining clinical governance standards and assist with management and development. Deputise for the Clinical Nurse Manager, representing them at meetings and forums, and serving as a role model.
