A newly created role for a commercially minded Product Manager, to take the Product & Commercial Strategy for a specific Region, into a Destination Plan. Responsible for developing and contracting differentiated Tours/Product, that will lead to profitable growth.
Identifying new opportunities to develop new exciting tours as well as ensuring a laser focus on the feasibility of existing tours throughout their product lifecycle, ensuring that the business goals for the region are met.
A key role within the business to ensure that the right products are made available at the right price, whilst ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction is achieved.
A great role for someone who understands the operational and commercial impacts of product decisions, is both highly Customer and Trading focused – proactive, creative and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Margin Management, ensuring Tours are contracted and priced for commercial success.
2. Direct responsibility for Tour Planning and Product Delivery, including the selection of Destination and Product, management of the individual Itineraries – across costing, contracting, operational effectiveness and alignment of product to target customer audiences.
3. A passion for continuous improvement, actively seeking new opportunities and developing the product, with a highly commercial mindset, analysing Tour Performance, optimising Tour Margin/Capacity to ensure all Tours sales are maximised and profitable.
