The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support social, search, and other digital marketing campaigns that advance a broad range of education objectives. A successful candidate will excel in understanding diverse audiences and specific platforms and tactics that drive effective and efficient campaigns, ensuring optimal impact and reach.

Responsibilities:
* Digital Media Purchasing and Placement: Support campaign performance by planning and deploying paid media efforts across social and search platforms like Google and Meta. Assist with budget management and tracking to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. Deploy paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) while continuously monitoring and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
* Content Calendar Development and Programming:Support the team with the management of the content calendar ensuring that all campaigns are deployed on-time and aligned with the brand’s messaging. Provide updates to team members regarding current and upcoming campaign content. Work with internal team and external vendors to package creative content for calendar-aligned deployment.
* Social Media Optimization and Trend Monitoring:Discover and adapt content strategies across various social media platforms. Optimize ads based on platform formats (Reels, Shorts, feed posts, Stories, etc.). Identify social media trends and new platform features. Share insights and potential opportunities for improving programming, developing creator relationships, and optimizing media strategies.
* Audience Targeting Support: Review, update, and maintain audience targeting and segmentation processes across various platforms. Use insights to focus campaigns on specific audience groups based on interests, occupation, geographics, demographics, and behaviors.
* Email/CRM Acquisition and Management:Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation efforts by managing and maintaining an effective email strategy. Collaborate closely with reporting team to track and analyze conversions, continuously optimizing strategies and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
* Experience managing and executing integrated campaigns across broad set of social, search, and other digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Dynamics (CRM), and others.
* Proficiency with data visualization and presentation tools including Excel, Adobe Analytics, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into insights and actionable recommendations.
* Comfortable providing feedback and presenting in executive reviews.
* Exceptional communication skills including the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders and advocating for data-driven decision making.
* Capable of managing multiple projects under pressure while maintaining commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments where quick adaptation and innovation are valued.
Preferred Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Experience managing social media campaigns and initiatives to achieve brand objectives or advocacy outcomes.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year. Starting salary offers will vary depending on several factors including education, experience, and qualifications. This role also qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus.
