A leading professional services firm is seeking a Digital / Performance Marketing Director to drive its digital marketing strategy, optimising client acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role will play a key part in shaping the marketing vision, influencing senior leadership, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into tangible business growth.
This is a high-impact position focused on paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics, with the goal of maximising lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. The Performance Marketing Director will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage external partners, and build a high-performing marketing function that ensures long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement a data-driven performance marketing strategy, aligning with business development, recruitment, and leadership goals.
* Paid Media Oversight – Manage search, social, display, and programmatic advertising, ensuring maximum ROI.
* SEO & CRO Management – Optimise digital presence, content marketing, and website conversions to drive inbound leads.
* Data & Analytics – Leverage attribution modelling and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
* Agency & Vendor Management – Oversee partnerships to ensure performance marketing objectives are met.
* A/B Testing & Optimisation – Run experiments to enhance messaging, creative, and audience targeting.
* Marketing Automation – Oversee CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to improve engagement and retention.
* Team Development – Build and lead a scalable marketing team, setting the foundation for long-term success over the next 5–10 years.
Who They’re Looking For
* Experienced performance marketing leader with a strong background in lead generation and conversion optimisation.
* 8+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance strategy, ideally within professional services.
* Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns, balancing paid, organic, and conversion-based marketing efforts.
* Technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush), and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
* Data-driven decision-maker, with strong analytical skills and experience in measuring marketing performance.
* Strategic mindset, able to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
