Application Requirements:
• HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience working with Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 pupils in a UK school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Leading small group and one-to-one interventions to support pupils with varying needs.
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities.
• Supporting children’s social and emotional development.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to create an inclusive, inspiring learning environment.
