Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Warwick
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the company, working closely with both patients and healthcare professionals to process orders and deliver exceptional service. You will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, order processing, and product information via phone and email.
* Process and pack customer and patient orders in our onsite warehouse.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with manufacturers to ship and receive products as needed.
* Work closely with internal departments to provide technical support when necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of customer information and product movement.
* Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
